Watters Cyber Sale Promotion Terms & Conditions
This promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Watters Designs Inc. (“Watters”). Watters reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any participant.
ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is available to consumers in the United States. This offer may only be redeemed once per order. Void where prohibited by law.
OFFER: Receive 20% off of eligible purchases made at Watters’s online store during the Promotion Period. Not valid at retail stores.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion Period starts at 12:00 AM Central Time on November 21, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on December 2, 2024.
EXCLUSIONS: All offers are limited to stock on hand of eligible products; no rain checks are available. Not valid on made to order products, prior or pending purchases, gift certificates, taxes, shipping and processing charges. Participant must pay applicable tax and shipping charges. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discounts, code, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise bartered. GIFT CARDS, GIFT CERTIFICATES, DISCOUNTS AND OTHER OFFERS MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH THIS PROMOTION.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS: Watters’ standard Return & Exchanges Policy applies. Refunds on qualifying orders will be governed by these terms.
FINAL SALE; NO REFUNDS: All sales of eligible previously marked down items hereunder are final sale and sold “as-is”. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PURCHASES OF “LAST CALL” OR “FINAL SALE” ITEMS UNDER THIS PROMOTION. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to Participant at an additional charge.

PARTICIPANT FULLY RELEASES WATTERS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CAUSED BY, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION. PARTICIPANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT WILL WATTERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION OR USE OF ANY OFFER. PARTICIPANT FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY OFFER IS RECEIVED “AS IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND FROM WATTERS.
Any reporting or tax requirements are the sole responsibility of the participant. Participants are responsible for payment of all tax and shipping expenses. By participating in the Promotion, you also agree to Watters’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
EXTENSION OF PROMOTION: At Watters’s sole discretion and option, the dates for participation may be extended or shortened. Watters will post notice of such adjustments in a reasonable manner.
AMENDMENT OF TERMS: Watters reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. These Terms may be amended by Watters in its sole discretion.
